Now that Google I/O is behind us, many of us were left wanting for a new Nexus smartphone. The general consensus going into the event was that a new version of Android, and at least one Nexus device, would be unveiled at the conference. We didn't see that happen, but we were introduced to the Samsung Galaxy S4 with a "Nexus User Experience". Since I/O, HTC has also announced the same experience is going to be available for the One series.

The other elephant in the room at I/O was the much rumored Motorola X-Phone. Many think this will be a sanctioned Google device, and shows a glimpse of a future Moto run by Google. It would be easy to connect the dots and say that this phone will be the next Nexus, but now one has to wonder if what makes a Nexus has shifted to an experience, and not a device. Let us know in this week's poll if you think the X-Phone is a Nexus, or just another experience.
